If you either never signed up for the email distribution from MCHPublications.com or simply would like to be removed from the list, please just email the distribution list manager at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it from the email address that you would like removed from the list and simply state this request in the subject and body sections of the email. You will be removed from the list upon receipt of this request and should even receive a confirmation email once the request has been processed.
